To ensure your applications pass smoothly, we kindly request that you carefully verify all spellings and serial numbers before generating a document. Since we don't manually review your entries, we cannot take responsibility for any issues or rejections arising from typos or incorrect data.
We work very hard to keep our templates updated to closely match official MNRE and State Discom standards, giving you the best possible chance of success. However, as local electricity officers make the final decisions, we cannot guarantee the ultimate approval of your subsidy or net-metering files. We are simply your proud formatting partner, not a regulatory authority.
We've designed our prepaid token system to be transparent and fair—you only pay for what you use. Once you successfully generate a PDF document, the respective tokens are automatically deducted.
Because the processing power and document creation happen instantly, we are unable to refund tokens once a document is generated, even if you accidentally made a typo. If a mistake happens, you’ll just need to generate a fresh, corrected document, which will consume new tokens. We recommend double-checking your dashboard previews!
Your trust means everything to us. We provide a convenient cloud vault to help you access your old documents on-the-go. While we use robust industry security, the internet is never 100% fail-proof. To be perfectly safe, we highly encourage you to keep local backups of your generated PDFs on your computer.
